Altavista Finance is a real estate credit intermediary authorised by the Bank of Spain (licence E192). Our services consist of:

  • Advice and brokerage in real estate financing: we analyse your financial profile, compare offers from multiple financial institutions and negotiate the best financing terms for your transaction.
  • Intermediation, not lending: Altavista Finance is not a credit institution. We do not grant loans or mortgages directly. We act as an intermediary between the client and the financial institutions. The final decision to grant credit rests exclusively with the financial institution.

3. Financing outcome

Altavista Finance undertakes to manage your financing application with the utmost diligence and professionalism. However, we do not guarantee that financing will be obtained in any transaction. The approval or rejection of a loan depends on the internal criteria of each financial institution, which are beyond our control.

The information provided during the analysis process (estimated amounts, indicative interest rates, approximate terms) is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding financing offer.

4. Fees and success-based model

Altavista Finance operates under a success fee model:

  • Fees are agreed in writing between the parties before any work begins.
  • Fees are only payable if satisfactory financing is obtained and the client decides to accept and formalise it.
  • No upfront fees, study costs or management charges are made before formalisation.
  • The specific fees are set out in the individual service proposal presented to the client before the engagement begins.

5. User obligations

By using our services, you undertake to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information about your financial and personal situation.
  • Provide the necessary documentation promptly so as not to delay the process.
  • Report any change in your financial or personal situation that may affect the financing application.
  • Use the Website in accordance with the law, morality and public order.
  • Not use the Website for fraudulent purposes or in a way that harms the interests of Altavista Finance or third parties.

6. Confidentiality

Altavista Finance undertakes to treat all personal and financial information you provide in the course of our services with the utmost confidentiality. This information will be used exclusively to manage your financing application and will not be shared with third parties outside the intermediation process without your prior consent.

The financial institutions to which we submit your application will receive the information needed to assess the transaction. By accepting our services, you expressly authorise this disclosure.
